No insurance? No problem! Campbell Dental Care offers the Plan for Health, our in-house dental payment plan to help you receive the dental care you need and deserve.

With the Plan for Health, you can receive basic dental care for just $44 each month! This includes:

• Three hygiene visits/year (cleaning or periodontal maintenance)
• ALL exams, including emergency care and comprehensive dental exams
• ALL digital X-rays and intraoral imaging
• 10% discounts on dental procedures. (Please note that this discount does NOT apply to specialty services such as dental implants, braces, BOTOX®, and dermal fillers)

Annual Membership Costs

• Adults (age 13 and older) – $420, or $44/month. You can receive a 10% discount for payment in full.
• Children (ages 1-12) – $300, or $29/month. You can receive a 10% discount for payment in full.
