With the Plan for Health, you can receive basic dental care for just $44 each month! This includes:
- 3 hygiene visits/year (cleaning or periodontal maintenance)
- ALL exam, including emergency care and comprehensive dental exams
- ALL digital X-rays and intraoral imaging
- 10% discounts on dental procedures. Please note that this discount does NOT apply to specialty services such as dental implants, braces, BOTOX®, and dermal fillers)
Annual Membership Costs
- Adults (age 13 and older) – $420, or $44/month. You can receive a 10% discount for payment in full.
- Children (ages 1-12) – $300, or $29/month. You can receive a 10% discount for payment in full.
